I can't begin to tall you how much your service has done for us. When I first called you to get a bid for the Security Camera, you were very professional, efficient, and very astute about what you felt our 47 unit residential condominium needed to conquer a serious problem we had with undesirable elements that had pervaded our environment. A condominium that had a higher percentage of tenants than owners created a serious imbalance. With such disruptive tenants we had no recourse. As a result, we utilized the information obtained via videotape to not only alleviate our problem, but to deter the elements that we had been fighting against for years. Without the camera, we certainly would not have been as successful at conquering these problems. We will have no problem in court with the supportive evidence to terminate the remainder of our problematic tenancies.
I also wanted to mention that the quality, performance, and ease of use of the equipment is excellent. The viewing magnification at day or night is superb. In the beginning, I didn't think would recognize people so easily, but now I've gotten so expert at viewing that I can detect what resident or guest is passing through the door at fast speeds, I've even been astonished at what I've seen people do in front of the camera, sometimes not realizing it's there. Keep up the good work. We have future expectations to add on additional equipment and will be in touch. Thank you.
