Dear Protech:
It has been approximately 4 months since your company installed our Cash Register Management System.
With the Protech Cash Register Management System with audio, I can determine whether an employee is correctly depositing the money into the cash register. I also know if a cashier is giving merchandise away for free. I can see everything clearly and the detail is incredible. The ability to view and playback the camera at full screen and uninterrupted with audio is a real advantage to the system.
I use the system to better manage my employees and to deter employee theft. I also use the system as a management tool. An example of this would be if the store looks messy in the morning, I go to the tape to see just how busy we were during the afternoon. If there were long periods where the clerks are just standing and talking, then I have the clerks come into the office and take a look at the tape. They are always surprised at just now much can be seen.
We recently had our 1st quarter audit and experienced $178.00 in shortages. This is compared to a $1,700 shortage during the last quarter of 1994. I can honesty attribute this $1,500+ savings to the total Cash Register Management System concept provided by Protech Security, Inc. Your system has already paid for itself. I wish I had it installed four years ago.
